Insperity is currently seeking two additional Compensation Consultants to join our team that supports Insperity clients with their compensation strategies. This is one of the most unique positions that you will have in your compensation career! You will be responsible for providing expertise to our clients in all aspects of their compensation planning and strategies. You will do this by providing consultative services on issues pertaining to base salary and variable pay programs, competitive pay practices and regulatory mandates.

- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in human resources or business preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the compensation field. •
- Consulting experience preferred.
