Introducing Bersin's Rewards Maturity Model

Pete DeBellis and Doug Tapp will share Bersin’s new High-Impact Rewards (HIR) research which highlights how top-performing companies are evolving their total rewards offerings and approaches to keep pace with a new world of work. In this session, Pete will share:

  • Seven key findings from their HIR research
  • The new High-Impact Rewards Maturity Model, including four levels of organizational maturity
  • Six factors identified as having the highest impact on rewards maturity
  • Characteristics and capabilities at each level of maturity and ways to effectively move up the maturity curve
