Financial wellness is more than a buzzword. How people feel about their finances can have a ripple effect on every part of their lives—whether that’s their ability to prepare for a financial emergency, to save for the future, or to be truly present at work. Yet organizations have only recently started prioritizing these issues in the workplace. As the topics of financial wellness and leaves continue to gain traction, you may be wondering what your company can do to support your employees and how these offerings are giving organizations an edge in recruiting, retaining and engaging talent.
Join UBS and the Bukaty Companies for a speaking engagement where you can learn more about financial wellness, leaves and how forward-thinking companies are improving their bottom line by offering this benefit to their workers.
