Emily will discuss trends in the data in the Kansas City area and compare them against national trends, answering questions such as: What can employer's do? What different community resources are available? Throughout her career, Emily Snow has been an advocate and catalyst for positive change in the behavioral health space. Dedicated to improving behavioral health programs and treatments, Emily has worked to provide the strategies, leadership, and critical thinking skills needed to optimize clinical operations, organizational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and financial stability. Emily holds Master of Healthcare Services Administration and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Life from The University of Kansas. A respected thought leader and subject matter expert, Emily is frequently interviewed on behavioral health topics by multiple local and regional media outlets and on social media. She has presented on a number of behavioral health issues numerous conferences, associations, including the Regional American Case Management Association, the Mental Health KC Annual Conference, the Amazon Fulfillment Center Leadership conference, and the local chapter of American Healthcare Executives, as well as the 2nd Annual Community Suicide Prevention Symposium, presented by the University of Kansas Health System and the Kansas City Suicide Awareness Prevention Program.
