Join us for an engaging "hot topic" panel presentation as we discuss how to utilize coaching and mentoring to help employees reach their peak performance. We are fortunate to have Joe Buzzello, Tom Healy and Brad Jeffress join us as panelists. The panel will be moderated by Total Rewards Kansas City member, Trace McConnell of Alliant.
Joe Buzzello. Joe is a Hall of Fame organizational leader, a five-time published best-selling author, an expert on the B2B sales process, an angel investor and lifelong entrepreneur. He has four decades of experience building legacy teams and 100-million-dollar business units from the ground up. He's served in executive sales management and V.P. roles for Fortune 500® companies, and he created The CAP Equation© sales methodology. Joe is also the co-founder of growth10, the fastest growing virtual mastermind platform in the U.S. G10 has assisted hundreds of founders and executives grow faster through its unique peer learning platform. Joe and his wife, Beth, have one daughter and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, where they are active in their church and several local charities and boards.
Tom Healy. Tom is passionate about helping people & organizations become extraordinary. As a teenager, Tom started his first business and his entrepreneurial spirit has only grown. Over his professional career, Tom has founded multiple successful companies, published three books, developed online education used on over 100 college campuses, delivered over 1,000 presentations and helped hundreds of organizations get better, faster. Tom focuses on actionable ideas, not warm and fuzzy pep talks. Tom has been fortunate to help a wide range of organizations, including startups, rapidly scaling companies, national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School and Fortune 500 companies.Tom is an active member of his community and has spent his entire professional life in Scottsdale, AZ. His community involvement includes serving on multiple boards and volunteering his time for non-profits. In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid golfer.

Brad Jeffress. Brad was a producer/sales person for IMA for 26 years before creating the Dream Coach position. Brad wants to help people. His mission is to encourage you so that you can see your contribution, potential and purpose in life. He provides encouragement, ideas and resources to help you find clarity and achieve your dreams both personally and professionally. He also helps organizations look into the possibility of creating an internal life coach which can benefit their employee's mental well being.
