Our world has been turned upside down. There is a lot of change and uncertainty for our health, livelihood, and daily life. We can get through this together, but we need to focus on building rhythm and resilience in our day-to-day life by living Quadrants of Well-Being: mechanical, chemical, energetical, psychospiritual.
This session includes the Building Rhythm and Resilience Assessment that will be provided to registrants in advance of the presentation.
